Features of cardboard box

Cardboard boxes are used to carry all kinds of food and products. For example, in restaurants we can design and use special cardboard boxes depending on the appearance of the food, such as sandwiches. But the main point is that during  using a cardboard box for restaurants, fast food and catering, and so on., there are a number of features that we will consider in each of the following:

Thermal insulation to keep food warm:

One of the key features in choosing the right box is that the box can hold food heat in a consistent manner so that it does not get cold when it reaches the customer and does not get pasty. In a cardboard box, this is generally done in two ways.

Method One: Using double-glazed cardboard, in addition to the extra strength of the box, it can also provide thermal insulation, allowing the food to be warmly delivered to the customer. It is also advantageous to use double-glazed cardboard in the cardboard box, since the inner layer of the box is made of cheaper cardboard than the outer layer.

Method Two: In boxes like pizza boxes, in addition to using double glazed boxes, some holes are also used to create space for air exchange and food steam evacuation. Factors to consider in designing a cardboard box include the size and dimensions, the look of the box, and the design you want to print. For example, the type of food is one of the factors that can affect the features above. The size of the box can be changed to small, medium and large depending on the bread you are considering. The only thing to keep in mind during designing the appearance of the cardboard box is that the boxes occupy the least space possible.
